Overview
ALEEP Signals are machine learning-generated trading signals using advanced K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) pattern recognition algorithms. The ML model identifies historical price patterns similar to the current market condition and generates directional signals based on what historically happened next in similar situations.
Signal Types
| Signal | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Start Long | New buy signal generated — model detects a bullish pattern match |
| End Long | Exit signal — model suggests closing an existing long position |
| No Signal | Model does not detect a clear pattern; no action suggested |
Data Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Symbol | Stock ticker (clickable for chart) |
| Signal | Current signal type (Start Long, End Long, No Signal) |
| Win Rate | Historical accuracy of the signal for this configuration |
| # Trades | Number of historical trades the win rate is based on |
| Support | Nearest support price level |
| Resistance | Nearest resistance price level |
| Confidence | Model confidence in the current signal |
| Last Updated | When the signal was last recalculated |
Interpreting Signals
- ●Win Rate above 50% with 20+ historical trades indicates a statistically meaningful signal
- ●Higher confidence levels suggest stronger pattern matches
- ●Support and Resistance levels provide reference points for risk management
- ●Signals are regenerated as new price data becomes available
Note
ALEEP signals are based on historical pattern matching and do not guarantee future results. Past win rates reflect backtested performance, which may not accurately predict live performance. Use as one input among many.
How to Use
- ●Navigate to ALEEP Signals from the sidebar
- ●Filter by signal type (Start Long, End Long) to focus on actionable signals
- ●Prioritize signals with win rates above 50% and at least 20 historical trades
- ●Check the support and resistance levels for context on the trade range
- ●Cross-reference with composite ranking and TA signals for multi-source confirmation
Combining with Other Tools
- ●Use AI Charts to overlay ALEEP signals directly on the candlestick chart for visual confirmation
- ●Cross-reference ALEEP signals with Technical Ranking scores for multi-factor confluence
- ●Check Market Regimes before acting — momentum-based ML signals perform best in trending regimes
- ●Use ALEEP Config (Enterprise) to tune the model parameters and improve signal quality for specific symbols
- ●Validate ML signals against Composite Ranking scores for multi-factor confirmation
