How to Use

  • Filter by asset class to focus on a specific market segment
  • Compare ETFs within the same category to find the strongest trending ones
  • Use sector ETF scores to confirm individual stock picks in that sector
  • Track ETF technical scores over time for sector rotation signals
  • Strong scores in defensive sectors (utilities, healthcare) may signal risk-off conditions

Tip

Strong sector ETF scores can validate individual stock picks. If a stock scores well technically AND its sector ETF also scores well, it provides additional confirmation.

Combining with Other Tools

  • Use as a sector rotation compass: filter Composite Ranking to the sector with the highest ETF technical score
  • Compare with ETF Lab for deeper fundamental ETF analysis beyond just technical scores
  • Use Macro Economics regime data to understand whether the top-scoring sectors align with the current macro environment
  • If building an ETF portfolio, use these scores to weight your allocations (higher scores = higher weight)
